Why “Manifesting” Isn’t Working for You

Current coaching and mindset programs focus on ideas like “staying positive,” “faking it till you make it,” “being delusional,” and “visualizing what you want.” While these techniques can help you feel better about the world you’re in, they don’t necessarily create the lasting changes you hope for. In some cases, they can even make things exponentially worse.

What makes COLORCORE unique is that it is not a one-size-fits-all program. Most mainstream techniques focus on a “change of state” rather than a “change of composition.” In other words, the shifts you experience are often surface-level, and pretending to feel good will never truly help you—because lying to yourself can never lead to real transformation.

Why Does Manifesting Work for Some People and Not for Others?

The key reason is simple: people are not all the same.

After 10 years of experimentation and thousands of observations, COLORCORE has found that there are two primary types of identities that determine how you create change: Static or Dynamic.

Underneath the narratives and emotions we hold onto, there is a deeper truth we often try to hide.

  • For Dynamic identities, this truth relates to their accountability to themselves. They unconsciously wait for others to make decisions for them because of their self-doubt.
  • For Static identities, this truth is their initial emotional response to their world. They try to act and change things in order to avoid the deep-seated feelings they fear.

How Each Type Creates Change

Dynamic:

With a Dynamic identity, you create change by making decisions for yourself—and the more decisions you make, the better. Every decision you make builds momentum toward the reality you want to experience. If you decide to be “optimistic,” it’s the power of your decision that creates change—not the optimism itself. Any kind of decision can create progress; you just have to make one.

Static:

For Static identities, this type of positive-mindset management is disastrous. Your power comes directly from how you feel in response to your world. If you focus only on the silver linings in an attempt to “stay positive,” you keep yourself stuck. Static identities often hold onto small past satisfactions to cope with dissatisfaction—or avoid feeling true satisfaction out of fear they may eventually lose it.

The Key to Change is Knowing Who You Are

✅ If you find yourself avoiding decisions, start by making tiny ones.

✅ If you find yourself suppressing feelings and leaning toward constant action, pause and give yourself five seconds to let your emotions flow without judgment.

You don’t need tips or tricks to manifest the life of your dreams—you only need to be yourself.
