The exercises are designed to fit seamlessly into your day. There are no long videos, no worksheets—just short recordings, thought exercises, and micro activities, that integrate naturally into your routine. You’ll apply the work as you live, rather than setting aside hours to complete it.

During the week, you’ll receive short 10-15 minute recordings with a thought exercise to consider throughout the day. There’s no need to take notes—this course builds gradually, allowing you to integrate and truly understand the teachings. You’ll also have a short daily exercise or journal activity, which takes only a few minutes. At night, I’ll follow up with you directly on that day’s work.

On Saturdays, there’s no new recording—just a reflection on how the week has been. Sundays are a mandatory rest day, giving you space to recharge before the next week begins.
